Welcome is the hotel/hostel management system. The system is designed to help staff and managers efficiently manage bookings and services in the hotel/hostel. It includes a booking system, customer management, room service, housekeeping management, and more. The mission is to have a paperless working environment, a seamless user interface, and experience between desktop and mobile. *The long term goal aims to help hotel/hostel staff save time on massive communications and time cost, and provide the best services, leverage the hospitality business.

Branding

There are hundreds and thousands of information on the dashboard; the staff from the front desk might look at the monitor all day. That’s why we choose a soft and comfortable color scheme to ease the eyestrain.

Font options look for sleek, sharp, and smooth typography to satisfy the user needs for all user groups. The design language is trying to deliver messages regarding humble, calm, and professional.

User interface

The layout design is based on a grid and card module to let users be able to complete the tasks quickly. We don’t want users to be confused and spend too much time searching or figuring out the interface; instead of it, we want them to spend more time with guests and services, and this system should be the best assistant.

Hotel booking integration

The system will help hotel integrate and customize the booking tools. The booking will be seamlessly input into the database hotel use.

Channel manager integration

Guests can not only make a reservation on the official hotel webpage but also book from other OTAs. Therefore, the integration tool is a powerful feature to boost booking growth. The channel manager helps hotel sells as many rooms as possible. 

Reservation and room management

Visualize the calendar for reservations; the staff can drag and add bookings on the screen without extra input. Sidebar display helps the manager understand hotel room status in a glance. All designs aim to make the tasks more efficient.

Customer relationship management

Guests are the most valuable to the hotel. The system has an organized way to establish guests’ records to provide the best service to them. Tags, notes, and statistics will be powerful tools for the hotel team.

Housekeeping

Keeping every room clean is another critical thing for the hotel. Guests would be happy to see a cozy and meticulous room when entering it. A better way to manage housekeeping tasks will be relatively important. No matter on the desktop, tablet, or mobile device, the manager and staff both can read and report the progress of housekeeping and make sure everything is on the right track.

Mobile and desktop

The system has a responsive interface for different sizes of screens. The front desk would have a desktop for managing guests and rooms; staff and housekeepers would have mobile devices while working and provide services between rooms. This is a better option for a different group of users to fit into various scenarios in the hotel/hostel. A better way for staff to manage task by mobile.
